avocado, sliced

mixed greens (spinach, arugula, and romaine)

red bell pepper, julienned

Greek yogurt

lime juice

olive oil

Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create a creamy dressing.
Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface and spread a spoonful of the dressing onto the center of the tortilla.
Layer with a handful of mixed greens, followed by a few slices of grilled chicken, avocado, cucumber, red bell pepper, and red onion.
Drizzle a little extra dressing on top of the fillings for added flavor.
Fold the sides of the tortilla inward over the fillings, then roll from the bottom up to create a wrap.
Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and fillings.
For serving, slice each wrap in half diagonally for easier eating.
