Ingredients
  

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

8 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced

1 cup fresh basil leaves

3 tablespoons balsamic glaze

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

    In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.

      Coat the chicken breasts generously with the marinade and let them sit for about 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.

        Place the marinated chicken on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

          While the chicken is grilling, toss the halved cherry tomatoes with a pinch of salt and a drizzle of olive oil.

            Once the chicken is done, remove it from the grill and let it rest for a couple of minutes.

              Slice the grilled chicken and layer it on a serving platter.

                Distribute the sliced mozzarella and cherry tomatoes evenly over the chicken.

                  Garnish with fresh basil leaves and drizzle the balsamic glaze over the top.

                    Serve immediately for the best flavor.
