Ingredients
  

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cucumber, diced

1 red bell pepper, diced

1 cup radishes, thinly sliced

1 cup garbanzo beans (canned, drained and rinsed)

1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and halved

1/4 red onion, finely chopped

1/2 cup fresh mozzarella balls, halved

1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

1/4 cup olive oil

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar (or balsamic vinegar)

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red bell pepper, radishes, garbanzo beans, Kalamata olives, red onion, and mozzarella balls.

    In a separate small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and pepper until well blended.

      Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently until all ingredients are coated evenly.
