1 cup crushed tortilla chips

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and diced

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 egg

1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup ketchup (for glaze)

2 tablespoons chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a loaf pan.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef and ground turkey, using your hands to mix thoroughly.

Add the crushed tortilla chips, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, diced jalapeño, smoked paprika, Worcestershire sauce, egg, cilantro, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.

Transfer the meat mixture into the prepared loaf pan, pressing it down to shape it into a loaf.

Spread the ketchup evenly over the top of the meatloaf for a flavorful glaze.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).

Once done, remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
