8 oz spaghetti, cooked and cooled

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cucumber, diced

1/2 red onion, thinly sliced

1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and halved

1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

1/4 cup olive oil

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

In a large bowl, combine the cooked and cooled spaghetti, halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, and sliced red onion.

    Add the Kalamata olives and crumbled feta cheese to the bowl.

      In a separate small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.

        Pour the dressing over the spaghetti mixture and toss gently until everything is well combined and evenly coated.

          Gently fold in the chopped parsley, reserving a little for garnish.

            Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.

              Before serving, give it a gentle toss and garnish with remaining parsley.
